Electrosynthesis
The need to produce complex molecular targets in a sustainable fashion has led to the reemergence of electrochemistry as an enabler to meet these demands. The mild reaction conditions and ease of scalability of electrosynthetic methodologies provides a safer alternative to classic organic synthesis that relies on stoichiometric oxidants and reductants. Our group is therefore utilising electrosynthesis for the development of novel reaction pathways to access molecular targets safely and sustainably.
